D.C.'s Burdensome Food Truck Regulations | Economics21

Food vending at the D.C. Cup is always a fantastic experience as you get to introduce your products and services to new customers. We select a limited number of food vendors at each of our locations during specific days and time slots to ensure that you get the biggest and best return on your investment. We know that it costs $ to purchase the products, supply staff, etc. so although we can't make any guarantees, we want to provide the best platform to ensure that you are profitable.

What does vending at the D.C. Cup look like?

After you click on the Continue button below, it will then take you to a form to enter in your information. This form asks for basic contact information and also displays the days and times of our tournament to vend. You know your food and clientele best, so we leave it up to you to decide what times, when, and where you would like to vend. In addition, we do not permit other food trucks who are serving the same type of food that you are serving because we want to put your food truck in the best position to be successful.

What do we look for in a food vendor?

A soccer event is one of the most diverse events that you will ever attend. Since our sport is universal, you will have customers from all walks of life. From families who are there to support their child to passerbys who are there to support the tournament and watch games, the D.C. Cup is a fantastic event to vend. We look for food vendors who will deliver to our customer base to help us to continue to provide a great all around experience. Food that is tasty, savioury, and nourishing are what we want at the D.C. Cup. We also prefer local food vendors in the DC, MD, VA area because we enjoy keeping the resources ciruclating among our community.
