The first thing that you will have to do is to register your team(s) on our website through GotSoccer by clicking on either DC,MD,VA teams, USA teams, or International teams. Once you have registered, you will receive an automatic response email in your inbox. Please check to make sure that you have registered your team in the correct age group. If something is wrong with your registration, you can update it by entering your GotSoccer Account information and correcting your information.
On the GotSoccer portal, you can also complete your team's player lists. Players will not be permitted to participate in the tournament unless their names are on the list. Please make sure to register your team prior to the deadline and add your rosters.
The D.C. Cup offers two different services to accommodate your teams needs. Here are some of them:
D – Card – For those teams staying on school campuses
Includes all meals during the 4-day duration of the tournament (Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner at Hall), accommodation, free use of public transport during the tournament, free admission to public pools/museums/city attractions, t-shirts and more. The D-card costs $350/player.
C – Card – For those teams staying at hotels
Includes the same as the D-Card. The only difference is that you will have breakfast at the hotel. The prices vary from hotel to hotel. Contact Traveling Teams to book hotels at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional items to D or C cards can be purchased for $150/player during the 4-day duration of the tournament.

- Free admissions to most museums in D.C.
- Free admission to D.C. Cup’s Fun Park
- Free minigolf at H St. Country Club minigolf course
- Free admission to all sponsor activities
You can book transportation directly through the D.C. Cup.
With bus from airport/boat/train/bus in D.C. to schools/hotels
Teams who have ordered and paid for transport to/from place of arrival to school/hotel, will be picked up by bus and driven to their school/hotel. In order to receive this option, teams must register by June 1st. The arrival/departure form can be found by clicking here.
Taking the bus from school/hotel to airport/train/bus/boat
Teams who have ordered and paid for transportation will be picked up at the school/hotel where they are staying and driven to their place of departure approximately two hours before departure (three hours if you are travelling by plane). The club must have registered their order by June 1st. The arrival/departure form can be found by clicking here.
Prices (per day):
Dulles (IAD) Airport both ways: $40 per person
Dulles (IAD) Airport one way: $25 per person
Boat, Train, Bus - both ways: $25 per person
Boat, Train, Bus - one way: $15 per person
Sheets, blankets, and pillows (school dorm only for the 4-day stay):
Sheets: $25 per person
Blankets: $35 per person
Pillows: $15 per person
The complete match schedule for the D.C. Cup will be available by June 15th. Please visit our website periodically to stay updated with any changes.
Once you have decided which services you would like to add to your team's registration, please notify us by May 15th. At that time an invoice will be generated and you will have to remit payment.
If there are any changes or request to your accomodations, then please do so by visiting your login on the GotSoccer platform. No changes can be made after June 1st. If changes need to be made prior, then please contact us at email@example.com or at 833-725-3338 ext 3.
Registration fees must be paid by May 15th. You will then have 16 days for any changes or refund requests. After June 1st no refunds will be issued.
D - cards
D - cards – Payment deadline is May 15th. You will not be refunded after June 1st. If a refund is needed, an adminstration fee of $35 per card will be deducted.
C-card – 10% of the booking must be paid within 10 days.
If cancelled between May 15th and June 1st, then 50% of the booking will be charged.
No refunds if cancelled after June 1st.
Changing rooms after May 15th will only be allowed if there are additional rooms available.
