*Club discounts are available. Register 4-6 teams and receive $25 off per team. 7-10 teams receive $50 off per team. 10+ teams receive $75 off per team. An invoice will be sent to the manager's email to reflect the multiple team discount. You will not see the discount reflected via Transaction Express who we use in the GOTSPORT portal.

Page 3 – Team Roster: Enter at least one player to continue with application (additional players can be added at a later date).
Page 4 – Contact Information: Complete All fields.
Page 5 – Payment Entry: Select "Credit Card", “Pay By E-check” or wire transfer payment.
A list of required documentation for the D.C. Cup will be emailed to you once registered and accepted.
